LECTOR is backed by an experienced team of directors, administrative staff and qualified teachers. Together, we support people as they learn German, integrate into society and pursue their professional goals.

We combine professional expertise with personal support, creating educational programmes tailored to each participant’s circumstances, goals and life situation.

Complementary experience

LECTOR GmbH was founded in 2001 by Anne Kaufmann and Daniel Robert Erbe. Their different professional specialisms complement one another and form the basis of the company’s work.

Anne Kaufmann is a graduate social worker with extensive experience in organising and developing educational programmes. Daniel Robert Erbe is a sworn interpreter and translator for Polish with extensive expertise in languages, translation, interpreting and human resources development.

At its two locations in Saarbrücken and Völklingen, LECTOR works with an experienced team of language teachers and staff in administration and advisory services.

Our team

Management

Anne Kaufmann and Daniel Erbe manage LECTOR GmbH and continuously develop its educational programmes together with the entire team.

Administration and organisation

Our administrative team ensures that courses, organisation and support run reliably. They assist participants and teachers with organisational matters and are an important point of contact during everyday course activities.

Teachers and instructors

Our teachers support participants professionally and personally throughout their courses. With experience, teaching expertise and an understanding of different learning needs, they create a practical and supportive learning environment.
